Alyson Flynn

Alyson is the founder of Blue Raven Estate Sales. She's worked in Albuquerque estate sales since early 2021 when she founded and co-owned Desert Bloom Estate Sales.

Under her leadership, Blue Raven Estate Sales has quickly become the region's most trusted estate sale company.

Alyson has strong trusting relationships with appraisers, re-sellers, competing estate sale companies, attorneys, realtors, customers, and clients.

Alyson co-owned Simplify: Your Clutter Consultant, organizing families in their homes for many years. She has cared for older individuals since 2016, assisting in major life transitions.

She has over 30 years of experience in marketing for medium and small businesses.

Project Coordinator

Suzanna Cole

Suzanna is a native of Washington, DC, and lived in Austin, TX for 28 years after graduating with a degree in Sociology/Anthropology. She moved to Albuquerque in 2022 to be closer to her mother, a former Blue Raven client!

Suzanna brings close to 30 years of experience in customer service, event planning, and project management. An avid food lover, she loves to cook, bake, or find a new restaurant to try, and is thrilled to be part of the conspiracy of ravens!

Training Coordinator

Anicia Hill

Anicia is a marketing professional who comes to Blue Raven Estate Sales from the University of New Mexico Bookstores. While at UNM Bookstores she was the marketing manager who facilitated special events such as Graduation Fair, New Student Orientation, Apple Sales Events, and author book signings. A Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communications influenced Anicia to create merchandising displays, including a Holiday Floor Set and Back to Campus Floor Set. She is proficient in social media, website, and print marketing campaigns.

Anicia's fervor for customer service has contributed to staff training at Blue Raven. These areas include process organization, home display, and customer service engagement.

She has called Albuquerque home for over 30 years. Anicia's love for the Southwest and its rugged beauty inspires her to express herself through acrylic painting and home arts. Her biggest passions are for people, connection, and service.
