Jane was widely credited with igniting our country’s love affair with this cuisine in the 1980s. She was the author of 23 cookbooks (5 best sellers) with over six million copies sold.
Known for her clear, easy-to-understand recipes and teaching instruction, her cooking school was highly respected in New Mexico and recognized as one of four best cooking schools in the World by Bon Appetite magazine.
