Estate of Jane Butel, International Authority on SW & Regional Mexican Cooking

From the estate of Jane Butel, an international authority on the cuisine of the American Southwest and Regional Mexican cooking, we bring you a colorful house full of kitchen fun and character. Jane was widely credited with igniting our country’s love affair with this cuisine in the 1980s. She was the author of 23 cookbooks (5 best sellers) with over six million copies sold.

Known for her clear, easy-to-understand recipes and teaching instruction, her cooking school was highly respected in New Mexico and recognized as one of four best cooking schools in the World by Bon Appetite magazine.

You now have the opportunity to shop her estate sale! We are selling many modern and Southwest furniture pieces, retablos, art, cookbooks, kitchen supplies, and beautiful garden furniture.
